**Apprentice Baker Wanted at Bakers Delight Toronto**

We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic Apprentice Baker or bakers assistant to join our team at Bakers Delight Toronto

Daily responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Preparing and baking of products
- Work in a fast pace bakery
- Assisting fellow bakers
- Cleaning tasks
- Providing customer service
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

**To be considered for this position, you will need to**:

- Have a positive attitude, ability to work as part of a team and be willing to learn.
- Ability to get yourself to work on time, shifts start between 1am - 3am
- Be prepared to work hard (must be able to lift stock, ingredients can range from 12kg - 20kg)
- Be available to work 37.5 hours a week, across 5 days, including some weekends
- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

Experience isn't a requirement to obtain this position as training can be provided on the job

*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $16.20 - $30.64 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
