Join Our Team as a Civil Engineering Graduate

We are seeking talented and motivated Civil Engineering Graduates to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, including infrastructure, subdivisions, community projects, and roadworks.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to work with our experienced leaders in the business. You will be responsible for supporting the Site Teams, including cost management and production costs, coordinating materials supplied, and liaising with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Teams in cost management and production costs, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Coordinate materials supplied and liaise with suppliers
About You

We are looking for individuals who are committed to professional growth and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. You will also need to be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in Australia and hold a current driver's license with reliable transport.
