About the Role

Adbri Limited is seeking a talented and motivated Civil or Project Engineering Graduate to join our 2025 Graduate Program. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, including infrastructure development, plant upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the concrete division on meaningful and scaled projects, working collaboratively with experienced engineers and operational leaders.
  • Conduct laboratory work to understand and review product mix designs, new low-carbon cement, and field testing.
  • Gain experience in concrete batching plant operations and safety management.
  • Lead engineering projects with the support of business and technical experts in the second year of the program.
  • Work on infrastructure projects, including plant upgrades, project management, and system upgrades.
  • Support the company's Net Zero roadmap through projects designed to reduce concrete waste, diesel, power, and water reuse.
