About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Trivett Automotive Retail. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Customer Experience Team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and manage customer interactions to ensure a seamless sales journey.
  • Support the sales process, including contracts, finance, and insurance products, and handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve escalations, complaints, and manage customer details in our CRM system.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members to ensure a positive workplace culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing and sales role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, ensure high standards, and mentor team members to success.
  • Proficient in MS Office and confident using digital platforms.
  • Previous automotive industry experience and familiarity with Finance & Insurance products (desirable).
  • Experience using Salesforce (desirable).
  • Valid driver's license.
