Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Product to develop technology end-to-end for your respective technology platform.
  • Be accountable for the engineering strategy, roadmaps, and processes, including system design, development, CI/CD, production support, and continual process improvement.
  • Foster an innovative culture that encourages lateral thinking and early risk escalation while taking a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Engage with architects and business leads to understand and influence business and technology strategies.

  • Strong understanding of Java and open-source technologies, with experience in designing, implementing, and operating mission-critical, large-scale applications and platforms.
  • Strong experience in cloud-based technologies, including Saa S, AWS, and Google Cloud, with experience in managing and optimizing infrastructure.
  • Ability to develop and execute platform strategies, manage complex engineering initiatives, and optimize resources.
  • Collaborative and communicative leader, able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
