Senior Real Estate Assurance Specialist

The assurance senior position focuses on providing top-quality services to real estate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's business and the ability to build impactful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, complete assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and leadership.
- Manage projects for quality and timeliness.
- Effectively manage multiple engagements in a team environment and work independently.
- Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services.
- Conduct research and provide consultation on accounting matters; prepare technical memos or respond to inquiries when requested.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Progressive audit experience in public accounting (3+ years).
- Real Estate Industry experience (Commercial Real Estate, Construction, REIT, LIHTC, RIA, etc.) is preferred.
- CPA license or working towards CPA required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
