Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cohen & Company

Join our growing Assurance team atCohen & Co Our national Assurance Practice is recognized throughout the U.S. for our expertise and technical ability to provide top-quality products and guidance to our clients. We have an exciting opporunity and are seeking an experienced Senior to join our Private Client Services team who will primarily focus on Real Estate clients. The role can be based in any of our office locations, with a preference for candidates located in Ohio. Commitments:

• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines.
• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership.
• Manage projects to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Effectively manage multiple engagements in a team environment and work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services.
• Research and consult on various accounting matters; ability to prepare technical memos or respond to authority inquiries when requested.
• Ability to lead and review engagements.
  
  

Who You Are

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years + of progressive audit experience in public accounting
• Real Estate Industry experience (Commercial Real Estate, Construction, REIT, LIHTC, RIA, etc.) is preferred
• CPA license or working towards CPA required
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Estimated Salary Range: $ 70, ,000 *
