Job Title: Learning Facilitator

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a learning facilitator where you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment programs to learners. You will need to have the ability to facilitate face-to-face and/or distance learning, operate within compliance requirements, and travel to deliver learning programs when required.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a variety of qualifications including hospitality, retail, community services, digital technologies, cleaning operations, supply chain operations, business, health support services, individual support, and disability.

You will be working in a team environment with a focus on delivery and assessment of full qualifications. This role requires flexibility, good communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) or higher.

In addition, you must have the capacity to deliver at least one of the following qualifications and hold industry currency:

  • SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality
  • SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail
  • CHC42015 Cert IV Community Services
  • ICT20120 Cert II Applied Digital Technologies
  • CPP30321 Cert III Cleaning Operations
  • TLI30321 Cert III Supply Chain Operations
  • BSB30120 Cert III Business
  • HLT23221 Cert II Health Support Services
  • CHC33021 Cert III Individual Support
  • CHC43121 Cert IV Disability
