Early Childhood Educator Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs that meet the needs of individual children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
  • First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
