About Your Role

We are seeking a results-driven individual with strong retail lending experience and a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market. You will possess the skill and ability to create new opportunities, convert leads and manage your pipeline while maintaining relationships through business development with members and within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sound specialist mortgage advice and support to members
  • Grow the home lending portfolio through proactive sales and relationship-building
  • Manage a pipeline of potential customers and convert leads into sales
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
