The role of a Mobile Applications Developer involves delivering high-quality outcomes across various functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and release mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms using native tooling such as Kotlin, Java, Swift, and Objective-C as well as frameworks like React Native.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards for web and mobile is essential including WCAG 2.1.
- DevOps practices are applied, including creating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub/GitLab and tooling such as Artifactory and HashiCorp Vault.
- Automated unit, component, integration, and functional tests are written, working closely with QA teams to facilitate integration and end-to-end testing of complex systems.
- UI designs are converted into mobile app components, and collaboration with UI/UX designers is crucial to achieve a unified vision.
- Integration with various back-end APIs and services, including internal APIs, as well as services like Firebase and various CMS systems.
- Extensive experience in developing and releasing mobile applications.
- Expertise in accessibility standards and DevOps practices.
- Able to write automated tests and collaborate with QA teams.
- Familiarity with UI design conversion and back-end API integration.
