Job Description

The Business Technology Solutions Manager will lead the implementation of technology solutions to enhance business efficiency and growth. This includes working closely with clients to understand their requirements, analyzing and documenting these needs, and deriving innovative solutions.

  • Leading workshops to educate customers on the benefits of cloud-based technologies and its alignment with leading practices.
  • Providing clear and concise configuration and solution documentation.
  • Developing and expanding knowledge of cloud-based applications.
  • Assisting with pre-sales activities and supporting proposal preparation.
  • Configuring cloud ERP products, approvals and workflows, security roles, BI & OTBI reports, value sets, design studio and personalization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Recent experience in implementing a cloud ERP solution is required, as well as technical expertise in approvals and workflow configuration, designing and configuring Security Roles, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Sets, Design Studio and Personalization.

  • Implementation experience of at least four of the following cloud ERP modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Asset Management, Payments & Collections, Cash and Expense Management, Project Portfolio Management, Procurement.
  • Great understanding of finance processes and practices.
