Job Summary

Maintenance and operations support is vital to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. As a maintenance and operations associate, you will play a pivotal role in preparing our motorhomes and campervans for customer use.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational assistance by preparing all motorhomes according to company standards.
  • Conduct ongoing maintenance and minor repairs on all vehicles.
  • Assist with the check-out/in of vehicles by delivering a thorough motorhome or campervan orientation to our customers as required.
  • Offer effective support to the branch supervisor in other areas, including administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with internal cleaning and detailing of vehicles as required.

  • Able to multitask and willing to contribute to all aspects of the business to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and a positive can-do attitude is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Developed communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Willingness and commitment to work in a team environment.
  • A current driver's license.
  • The right to work in Australia - either Australian residency or appropriate work visa.
