Job Title: School Maintenance Associate

A dedicated and skilled individual is required to maintain a clean and safe environment for students and staff at our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, glass doors and cupboards with utmost care.
  • Ensure the sanitization of toilet facilities and sick bays on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and service equipment as needed to prevent any disruptions in daily operations.
  • Effectively control cobwebs and mildew using extendable equipment where necessary.
  • Clean paved surfaces such as concrete, bitumen, asphalt and other areas to keep the school grounds tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
