Job Title: Factory Hand

We're a water bottling business located on the Central Coast, where we strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations.

As a factory hand, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including cleaning and preparing water bottles for production, filling these bottles with fresh spring water, stacking pallets and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent physical stamina and be able to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg) repeatedly throughout the day.

This is a full-time position working 8 hour shifts from Monday to Friday. You will also receive a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including employee discounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and preparing water bottles for production
  • Filling water bottles with fresh spring water
  • Stacking pallets and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintaining a high level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
