Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a sales representative. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for meeting with customers, promoting our products, and providing excellent customer service.

Your primary objective will be to exceed sales targets and build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Managing and tracking sales performance data
  • Providing regular sales reports and updates to the sales team and management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales or marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Other Requirements:

This position requires:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Residency within a 20-minute drive from our site
Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
