We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to fill the role of Manager Group Capital. This high-impact position is responsible for leading the capital planning cycle, assessing business cases, and building frameworks that shape investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in capital governance processes, financial modeling, and business case development. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Job Description

This role is part of our global finance team, working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, strategy, and treasury. The Manager Group Capital will be responsible for:

  • Leading the capital budgeting and forecasting cycle
  • Evaluating major investment proposals
  • Managing the capital governance process

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial concepts and principles, as well as the ability to distill complex information into clear insights. They will be comfortable working in a matrixed environment and will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues across functions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (CA or CPA)
  • Have a strong background in finance, preferably in a capital-intensive industry
  • Be proficient in financial modeling and business case development
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
