Global Land Restoration Specialist

The Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR) Program Leader will drive the global adoption of FMNR by external stakeholders, leveraging partnerships and networks to promote land restoration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to scale FMNR adoption worldwide.
- Foster trusted relationships with external organisations for FMNR advocacy, collaboration, and long-term partnerships.
- Craft compelling narratives demonstrating how FMNR addresses climate resilience, food security, and community development goals.
- Identify and engage external organisations capable of restoring significant land areas.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMNR principles, climate-smart agriculture, and nature-based solutions. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in natural resource management, land restoration, or related fields, they will be well-equipped to lead our global FMNR program forward.
Essential Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in natural resource management, land restoration, climate-smart agriculture, or FMNR programs.
- Experience working with NGOs, governments, UN agencies, or multilateral programs.
- Strong understanding of FMNR principles, climate-smart agriculture, and nature-based solutions.
