Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate material receipting, piece validation, cargo handling, and dispatching within the warehouse. Additionally, they will contribute to efficient work processes by implementing best practices and prioritizing safety at all times. This role is an excellent chance to develop skills in data entry via the SAP system, SWMS, and COR systems while working closely with the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Material Receipting: Verify the quality and quantity of received materials, adhering to company standards.
  • Piece Validation: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cargo Handling: Safely manage the movement of goods throughout the warehouse.
  • Dispatching: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients.
  • Data Entry via SAP System: Accurately record transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
  • SWMS and COR Systems: Implement and adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • WMS – SAP experience or similar: Demonstrated proficiency in using the SAP system for data entry and transaction management.
  • Data Entry Experience: Strong typing skills and ability to accurately enter information into the SAP system.
  • Piece Checker Experience: Proven track record of checking and validating goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory and Stock Counting Experience: Ability to accurately count and manage inventory levels.
  • Strong Manual Handling Experience: Physical fitness to lift and move goods safely.
  • English Spoken and Written – CEFR Level 5: Fluency in English to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • IT – Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
