Leasing Professional

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our Sydney-based team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression in real estate.

The Role:
  • Handling rental enquiries via email and phone, showcasing exceptional communication skills
  • Conducting open homes and inspections, ensuring properties are presented at their best
  • Completing new business opens during the week, driving sales growth
  • Attending photoshoots, capturing high-quality property images
  • Diary management, maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing properties for online advertising, optimizing marketing efforts
  • Lease sign-ups, closing deals and growing revenue
  • Preparing leases and lease packs, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Ad-hoc administration duties, supporting the team's operational needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior real estate experience is highly advantageous
  • A current Certificate of Registration, own car, and driver's license
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in CRM systems
  • A self-starter and office motivator, driving results-oriented performance
  • Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills
  • The ability to think outside the square, embracing innovative solutions
