We're a team that makes insurance easy for small businesses, connecting them with the right products quickly and online.

About this role:

This is a hands-on mid-level position where you'll analyse change requests, work with our internal team to assess commercial viability, and translate them into clear stories for our Product Maintenance squad.

You'll gain deep exposure to our insurance products, commercial decision-making, and delivery processes while collaborating with a tight-knit, supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse insurer requests to assess technical and commercial fit.
  • Create clear Jira tickets including documents, occupations, ratings, algorithms, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead refinement sessions with developers, QA, and technical BAs to ensure delivery clarity.
  • Validate completed work before it heads to QA and keep documentation up to date.
  • Partner with underwriters and insurer teams to clarify pricing and product changes.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and maintain refined, ready-to-go stories.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of Business Analysis experience in a product-heavy environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and writing testable user stories.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; document management experience is a plus.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with great communication skills.
  • The ability to balance commercial priorities with technical feasibility.
