Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Guidance: Provide high-quality customer service and accurate HR advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with current legislation. This includes responding to enquiries, providing guidance on modern awards, recruitment advice, and coaching managers on performance management.
  • Industrial Relations Casework: Collaborate with senior advisers on a range of industrial relations matters, including preparation and documentation of cases, research on employment law, and contributing to dispute resolution processes.
  • Training and Development: Organize and participate in workshops and training sessions for stakeholders, covering essential topics in employment law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

About You:

  • You have a demonstrated understanding of the Fair Work Act, obtained through either hands-on industrial relations experience or tertiary studies.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a love of engaging with a wide range of internal and external customers.
