Therapist - Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Concentric Rehab Centre. This full-time or part-time position offers a generous remuneration package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the OpportunityAs a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to clients with diverse needs. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve client outcomes and participate in peer consultations to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered speech therapy services to clients with varying levels of need.
- Work with clients to set achievable goals that support their independence and well-being.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop effective treatment plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or approved equivalent qualification.
- Full registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A valid Australian driver's license.
