Occupational Therapist – Community Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Sydney team in a dynamic role that offers flexibility and opportunities for growth.
This full-time position involves providing person-centred services for clients of all ages with disabilities, developing therapy plans, and identifying ways to bridge the gap between their current and optimal functioning.
Our therapists travel to various locations, including homes, schools, and workplaces, to provide effective assessment and treatment. While some sessions take place at our offices, the majority occur in community settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct assessments and treatments in diverse community settings
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A completed Occupational Therapy Tertiary degree
- Full AHPRA registration
- 12 months' Australian experience as an Occupational Therapist
- A valid driver's license and car
- Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for making a difference in people's lives
