We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate will shape the future of the supply chain by leading the delivery of next-generation Distribution Centres (DCs) and important projects focused on automation and innovation.

Reporting to the Network Development Program Manager, you will collaborate with senior leaders across Wesfarmers Health to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Your role will cover end-to-end project management, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder communication and contract negotiation.

You will be responsible for managing large automated DC projects, driving delivery and budgets, and leading stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and implementation of logistics strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Analyse and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Strong business acumen and commercial knowledge
  • Ability to balance execution efficiency with risk mitigation, value delivery, cost, and quality
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline
