**Job Summary**

As a senior supply chain professional, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships by leveraging information sharing, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional service and efficiency across the entire supply chain.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior and operational stakeholders to drive the evolution of our end-to-end customer supply chain, ensuring seamless communication of supply chain performance, initiating and coordinating improvement projects, and facilitating regular supply chain collaboration meetings with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior and operational stakeholders to evolve our end-to-end customer supply chain
  • Communicate and follow up on supply chain performance; initiate and coordinate improvement projects (demand, working capital, physical distribution, sustainability, event planning, digital etc)
  • Facilitate regular supply chain collaboration meetings with customers at appropriate levels from operational to senior alignment
  • Coordinate forecast alignment on cruising products, promotions, and launches between the sales team and the customer
  • Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between the company and the customer
  • Develop and champion data-driven, action-oriented reporting across the business

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build relationships, clearly communicate, and influence for mutually beneficial outcomes across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will also require:

  • 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience, preferably with significant roles in multiple operational areas of Supply Chain (Supply, Demand, Customer Care, Data, Projects etc)
  • Previous experience working closely with customers and commercial teams will be advantageous as will a flexible, results-oriented approach
