Lead Information Management Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Management Strategist to lead our team in developing and implementing a comprehensive document and information management strategy.

This role will be responsible for shaping the future of our company's People and Culture document and information management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scoping, managing, and delivering frameworks and projects focused on employee data and information principles.
  • Developing a People and Culture document and information management strategy.
  • Digitising employee files and records.
  • Establishing a framework for maintaining key people-related resources and information.

The successful candidate will have experience working with electronic and physical records in a similar role and/or demonstrated knowledge of records management principles and practices. They will also have experience working with offsite storage and external archiving vendors.

Key skills include:

  • Information and/or document management.
  • Contemporary HR practices and tools including HRIS systems & data analytics.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, HR or a related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience.
  • Experience working with electronic and physical records in a similar role and/or demonstrated knowledge of records management principles and practices.
  • Experience working with offsite storage and external archiving vendors.
  • Experience and/or certification in Change Management, Process Improvement and/or Project Management.
