Information Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering training in relation to compliance with relevant information and records management legislation
  • Developing recommendations detailing information and records management improvements and strategies for senior management
  • Providing advice to clients and stakeholders regarding information and records management practices and procedures
  • Identifying information management process improvements through digital transformation
Requirements:
  • Experience managing diverse tasks achieving objectives in a changing environment
  • Developed expertise in developing and delivering new information management processes documents and training materials
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to negotiate and work with a broad range of staff and stakeholders collaborating within a team
  • Experience developing and implementing information governance and compliance strategies including digital transformation business improvements and processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation
