We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Operations Director who is dynamic, passionate, and a confident leader in the Early Childhood Industry. If you strive to excel and lead by example, setting high industry standards, then this role is ideal for you.

Essential Qualifications:
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to maintain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators, ensuring optimal performance and staff retention.
- Capability to handle day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, ensuring the Service remains compliant.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the broader community.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in a previous Service Manager, Centre Director, Centre Manager role or similar.
- Skills to address and resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise among staff or with families.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
- Ability to utilize relevant software for management, communication, and reporting purposes.
- A commitment to ongoing training and development to stay updated with sector changes and best practices.
