We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager who is passionate about leading by example and setting high industry standards. If you strive to excel in the Early Childhood Industry, this role may be for you.

Key Qualifications:

  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to maintain one
  • A First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

Essential Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators
  • Capability to handle day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in a previous Service Manager, Centre Director, or Centre Manager role
  • Skills to address and resolve conflicts or challenges among staff or with families
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management
