About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for resolving enquiries and complaints made by inmates, monitoring conditions and treatment in custodial centres throughout New South Wales.

As a Community Liaison Officer, you will conduct regular visits to custodial centres, providing support and guidance to inmates and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve enquiries and complaints made by inmates
  • Monitor conditions and treatment in custodial centres
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Working with Children Check clearance
