Job Overview

This is an experienced role for a Project Manager to oversee and execute complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and feasible timelines are set.
  • Budgeting and cost management are crucial to keeping the project within financial constraints.
  • Contract administration includes negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Quality control checks are performed to deliver projects that meet all agreed specifications.
  • Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary project team and resolving conflicts is essential.
  • Ensuring all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed is mandatory.
  • Regular project status reports are made to executives and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • The candidate must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must possess a US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a project manager is required.
  • Project management skills such as time management, resource allocation, and project scheduling are necessary.
  • Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

This position is located at a 4,400-acre facility in Alice Springs with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. The successful candidate will work onsite full-time.
