Opportunity for a General Practitioner in Scenic Rim Region

This is an excellent opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our practice in the beautiful Scenic Rim region of south-east Queensland.

The area offers a unique combination of rural and suburban living, with easy access to Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a well-established general practice with two integrated sites, offering excellent orientation, facilities, and support for incoming doctors.

The role involves providing high-quality medical care to patients in a friendly and respectful environment, with a focus on long-term relationships and community engagement.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent medical knowledge, communication skills, and judgment, who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive primary health care services to patients in the Scenic Rim region
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring practitioners, and other healthcare professionals
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices
  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the practice

Requirements:

  • FRACGP or FACRRM qualification
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience as a General Practitioner
  • Current Medical Board registration
