Eye Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Eye Care Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing comprehensive eye examinations
  • Diagnosing and managing ocular disease, with a focus on diabetes and chronic conditions
  • Prescribing contact lenses
  • Using the latest diagnostic imaging and technology to support early detection and management
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient outcomes
  • Contributing to practice growth through a business-minded approach to patient care
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' clinical experience as an optometrist preferred
  • Proficient in performing comprehensive eye exams and managing ocular disease
  • Skilled in prescribing contact lenses
  • Strong interest in ocular health, particularly diabetes management
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Current registration with AHPRA
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time role located in Wollongong, NSW. You will be available to work one weekend day per week.
