Opportunity Overview

Big Umbrella, a leading Workplace Rehabilitation Provider in Sydney, is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist or Social Worker to join their Sydney CBD team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a holistic Wellbeing Program for Police, focusing on psychosocial functioning, ADLs, exercise, and other areas to support their transition to other employment.
  • Manage a caseload of individuals who have sustained workplace injuries, prioritizing quality and work-life balance.
  • Engage clients and stakeholders to achieve safe, timely, and durable Return to Work outcomes.
  • Attend Case Conferences and liaise with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal and external relationships.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members (for Senior Consultants).
  • Potentially perform Clinical services, depending on interest.

Benefits

  • A salary of $85,000-$110,000 + Super, in line with experience.
  • An exceptional bonus scheme paid quarterly, up to 20% of base salary ($17,000-$22,000 per year).

  • A reasonable target of up to 6 hours per day, with a focus on quality and team contribution.
