Senior Portfolio Manager for Recovery and Collections

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our day-to-day portfolio management, driving strategic deployment for both onshore and offshore recovery and collections operations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing complex business units, leading large operations, and mitigating operational risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the smooth running of day-to-day recovery and collections operations through a robust global functional operating model.
  • Ensure credit delinquency is managed through collections in line with collections strategy and policy.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with legal and recovery external suppliers.
  • Drive DCA performance and manage operational risk across all sub-functions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated business knowledge and experience in leading complex business units.
  • Practical experience in business transformation and project management.
  • Proven track record of managing within a complex matrix environment.
  • Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively.
