Job Overview

As a People Advisor, you will provide generalist HR support across the business, working closely with leaders to build strong teams and contribute to a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or maintenance/service industries
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, policies, and industrial instruments
  • Exposure to Enterprise Agreements and employee/industrial relations frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the confidence to handle challenging conversations
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
