Job Title: Secretariat Services Coordinator

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Secretariat Services Coordinator to provide high-quality support to our committees. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, reviewing, and disseminating documentation for committees, including minutes, actions, and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review complex reports, submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence on various issues related to the committees.
  • Manage preparation and distribution of communiqués after each meeting to ensure key stakeholders are aware of matters considered and future actions.
  • Provide feedback on complex reports and documents to ensure high-quality output.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a secretariat role or similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
