You'll be at the forefront of our AI-powered tools initiative, managing the delivery of haul truck simulation and dispatch optimization systems that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the vision for AI tools supporting decarbonisation and productivity enhancement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to understand needs and drive adoption of AI solutions.
  • Tool Development Ownership: Manage development and iteration of simulation and dispatch tools, ensuring they deliver tangible value.
  • Project Delivery: Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and project plans.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in AI solution development or technical mining disciplines, with a strong track record of impactful projects.
  • A deep understanding of mining operations and experience with industry-standard tools like Minestar FMS or RPMGlobal products is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and operational teams.
  • Proven experience in agile project delivery, including backlog management, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in heavy industry, particularly those enhancing productivity, automation, and sustainability.
