Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Urban Landscaping Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality garden maintenance services across our municipality's parks and gardens.

About the Role

  • You will work collaboratively with various departments and interact with the public, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • You will deliver a structured program using the latest technology, contributing to planting and landscape upgrades in parks, gardens, and streetscapes.
  • You will work as part of a dedicated team, including colleagues, a Leading Hand, and a Team Leader, to achieve shared goals.
  • You will assess situations, arrive at appropriate work solutions, and show judgment as to when to contact/advise your Team Leader or Leading Hand.
  • You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the operation of plant and equipment used in landscape maintenance.
  • You will possess a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Qualification and experience in the maintenance of high-quality urban landscapes.
  • A proven history in garden maintenance and ability to organise resources required to complete a job effectively.
