The successful candidate will be the face of our organisation, providing a high standard of service to patients, referrers, and the community. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Scheduling appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
  • Maximising efficiency by effectively managing appointments
  • Actioning patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams
  • Communicating clearly with patients regarding preparation, costing estimates, and other requirements

We are seeking an individual who can work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritise tasks efficiently, and maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a chance to contribute to the success of our organisation.
