Job Opportunity

We are seeking an inventive and technically skilled professional to lead the design and development of softgood concepts.

About the Role:
  • Apply knowledge of materials (fibers, yarns, fabrics, foams) and textile manufacturing & integration methods (welding, bonding, taping, overmoulding, thermoforming, wrapping, etc.)

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Materials Science, Fashion/Apparel Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in product development roles within the fashion, activewear, medical, or technical textile sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to translate materials research into functional, manufacturable product components
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships both internally across teams and departments, and externally with partners
  • Experience with digital design tools e.g. Clo3D, Lectra, Creo
  • Experiences in dealing with elastic (stretchable) and breathable material and product with high intimacy such as inner wear, sport wear & shoe, medical purpose garments, etc.
