Job Details

Our team is seeking a dedicated Service Provider to deliver high-quality services to people with disabilities. As a Service Provider, you will play a vital role in achieving the best possible outcomes for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement decision-making plans and procedures to resolve issues facing clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to represented individuals to understand their views, wishes, and preferences.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on guardianship cases for relevant authorities.
  • Provide information to the public and respond to inquiries from professional staff, service providers, and clients.
  • Make informed decisions within delegated authority to serve the interests of people under guardianship.

This is a full-time contract position working 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week, with opportunities for extension. You will be based in Wollongong and work closely with government agencies.
