Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality, person-centred care that supports them to live with dignity and purpose.

You will be responsible for attending to the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents, enhancing their independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred care to residents
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computing skills to manage care documentation and communications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
