This is a critical leadership role in the implementation and delivery of our organisation's suicide prevention strategy.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Lead to join our team and lead the coordination of the Zero Suicide Framework across our organisation. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention strategies, delivering education and training, and reviewing data.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of child and youth mental health, as well as experience working in mental health services with children and young people. They will be able to provide high-level clinical leadership, including strategic planning, service development, and quality improvement for children and young people with complex mental health issues and their families.
- Lead the coordination of the Zero Suicide Framework across our organisation
- Develop and implement evidence-based suicide prevention and intervention strategies
- Design and deliver education and training on the Zero Suicide Framework for various professions and services
- Provide high-level clinical leadership, including strategic planning, service development, and quality improvement for children and young people with complex mental health issues and their families
