
Healthcare Documentation Specialist

As a medical transcription professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare documentation to our patients and communities.
This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who possess excellent audio transcription experience or touch-typing skills, proven experience as a medical typist, medical secretary, or similar role, and proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, consultation letters, and other healthcare-related information, maintaining up-to-date patient records, organising and managing patient appointments for independent medical exams and pre-employment medicals, and collaborating with the Practice Manager and Occupational Physician to ensure production and distribution of accurate and timely documentation.
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can prioritise tasks and work effectively in a health care environment.
