About Our Role

We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team at the heart of national science strategy. This is an opportunity to contribute to projects, staff engagement, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and prioritise incoming communications using judgement and initiative to manage and action as needed.
  • Follow up on issues and tasks to ensure timely completion across the leadership team.
  • Contribute to internal communications, such as newsletters, webpages, and emails from the Director's office to staff.
  • Lead or contribute to projects or initiatives, e.g. stakeholder coordination, internal engagement, as directed by the Director.
  • Assist with meetings and events including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, and presentation support.
  • Maintain electronic document and records management systems.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to support effective operations in the business unit.

Eligibility
