Project Director

Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large and complex projects? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established Development and Project Management Consultancy.

We deliver high-quality project management services throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. We work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously, each with its unique challenges and requirements. You will need to possess excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including risk management strategies and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, clients, and other project stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the development and construction industry
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
