Key Responsibilities

The primary focus is on the development and integration of complex systems for defence programs.

As a key member of the team, you will participate in specifying, developing, integrating, and verifying our defence activities. This includes overseeing engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and customer expectations, and reviewing system specifications to ensure clarity, measurability, and verifiability.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing technical requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining configuration baselines. Your role will also involve chairing the Change Control Board (CCB) and managing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), deviations, and product issues.

Success in this position will depend on your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience in systems engineering, ideally within the Defence, aerospace, or related technical industry.
  • Strong foundation in systems engineering principles, with experience in requirements management, validation, and integration.
  • Familiarity with engineering management systems and procedural compliance, specifically in systems engineering contexts.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage technical requirements and ensure their integration across multiple project areas.
