Job Title: Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Integration and Test professional to join our Defence acquisition program in Sydney.

  1. Lead all system integration and test activities across assigned projects, working with systems, design, test, and production teams.
  2. Develop and execute inspection and test procedures and reports as part of the Verification and Validation framework.
  3. Deliver and manage software integration rigs and prototype development rigs throughout the design phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support unit-level, integration, and system-level testing, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Assist sustainment teams with diagnostics and testing for system-level issues beyond technician capability.
  • Manage integration-based documentation, including integration plans and Interface Control Drawings (ICDs).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Systems preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading integration and testing work packages in Defence.
  • Solid grounding in systems engineering to support integration and test work.
